In 2025, three women from three different fields came together around a shared conviction: in a rapidly changing world, leadership needs to become more human—not less.
Simona Scarpaleggia, former CEO of IKEA Switzerland, board member, lecturer and gender equality pioneer; Marion R. Starck, personality and communication coach, media trainer and founder of Starck & Partners; and Malika Lum, Embodied Leadership Coach, Movement Therapist and founder of the Infinite Movement Center, joined their expertise to develop a new, experiential approach to leadership development.
The result is the Humane Leadership Academy.
The Academy brings together three essential dimensions of leadership: strategic leadership, personality and communication, and embodiment. Its programs are designed to develop not only how leaders think, but also how they communicate, connect, respond and show up.
Infinite Movement × Humane Leadership
As co-founder and embodiment expert of the Humane Leadership Academy, Malika Lum brings the principles and practices of Infinite Movement into a broader leadership context.
Her work explores the body–mind connection as an essential leadership resource—developing presence, embodied awareness, intuition and empathy, while providing practical approaches for navigating stress, communication and challenging situations with greater awareness.
Together, the three founders create an interdisciplinary learning experience that connects strategic intelligence, emotional intelligence and embodied intelligence.
Through experiential learning, reflection, dialogue, movement and practical leadership work, participants are invited to move beyond simply knowing about leadership—to experiencing and embodying it.
