We had the privilege of working with Malika Lum during our in-house Therapy Days. Her presence and facilitation brought immediate, meaningful impact to individuals across all levels of our organization. Through Craniosacral Therapy and Somatic Coaching, she created a calm, structured and psychologically safe environment that supported deep personal exploration and holistic wellbeing.

Experience and Atmosphere

Participants responded with sincere appreciation for the rare opportunity to access focused, individualized care within the workday. Many described feeling seen and heard in a way they had not experienced in professional settings before. Topics previously unspoken—chronic conditions, stress-related symptoms, emotional challenges—were able to surface and be acknowledged in a context of genuine support.

Employees reported profound states of relaxation and clarity—unexpected in the middle of a workday.
